Governor: Some of Kurdistan’s surplus properties should be turned into cultural and skill training hangouts

Sanandaj – IRNA – The governor of Kurdistan said: Some surplus properties of the province, especially in the outskirts of cities, which are left unused, should be turned into cultural, skill training and entrepreneurship hangouts.
