Iranians benefit from using a customs document "Karne Tir" have neglected

Mashhad – IRNA – The director general of the Eurasia region of the International Road Transport Union (EURO) said: Iranians have neglected to use the customs document “Carne Tir” when sending their goods to Turkmenistan and do not provide their information in this way.
