Mousavi: Afghanistan is scarred by proxy wars and lacks a local program

Tehran – IRNA – “Askar Mousavi”, a university professor and an expert in Afghanistan, considers proxy wars to be the most important problem in Afghanistan and says: America’s 20-year experience in Afghanistan has shown that military intervention in this country will worsen the situation. Therefore, Afghanistan’s neighboring countries should pay attention to proxy wars.
