Poladgar visited the National Taekwondo team camp


According to Fars news agency and quoted by Taekwondo Federation’s public relations, Seyyed Mohammad Poladgar, Vice President of Championship and Professional Sports Development of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, this Sunday morning, November 15, attended the place of Taekwondo Federation while meeting and talking with Hadi Saei, the head of the federation. Ali Tajik, head of the national team organization, also visited the camp of the national team sent to the World Championship.

In this meeting, the head coach of the national taekwondo team, Bijan Moqanlu, first presented a report on the training status of the players and their mental and physical conditions before sending them to the world championships.

Head of the Taekwondo Federation, Hadi Sa’i, further stated that some of the players of the national team are students and have followed Taekwondo professionally and reached the national team. 3 players from the youth age group have been injected into the senior national team, and by defeating their contenders, they will enter the youth championship competition. The team is young and everyone is highly motivated to succeed.

In a speech, the vice president of championship and professional sports development of the Ministry of Sports and Youth said: “According to Sa’i’s words, there are a few student players, which is something to be happy about.” The players should know that the World Championship in Mexico is a very important way to reach the Olympic Games in Paris, and definitely shining in this event paves the way.

He further added: I remember that Mirhashem Hosseini lost the points of this event due to not being issued a Manchester visa, and finally he participated in several tournaments to make up for these points. Therefore, this important competition should be taken seriously to pave the way for success. I wish success and brilliance to all the national team.

In this meeting, the deputy of the Poladgar Sports Ministry also visited the newly established and under construction sections of the federation.
