Taliban: America does not allow countries to interact with Afghanistan

Tehran – IRNA – Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs of the Taliban government of Afghanistan, in a speech at the third anniversary ceremony of the Doha Agreement, said that America does not allow countries to interact with Afghanistan despite the Doha Agreement.
