The worst weightlifting happened to me in 1400. Together with our national adult team, I attended the Asian Championship hosted by Uzbekistan earlier this year, but my performance was poor. I had a plan to succeed in these competitions and he had practiced and tried well, but contrary to my expectations, I failed.

After failing in competitions, I lost my job (nursing) and became depressed. I got a stomach ulcer and had surgery. I completely lost my motivation for weightlifting and a total of 1400 was not a good year for me at all.

Yes, after a while I was able to motivate myself and go back to weight training and get back to my former good form.

* How was women’s weightlifting in 1400?
This year, women’s weightlifting performed well. The women broke many national records in the international arena and won several colorful medals. Four years after the official start of women’s weightlifting, we can now say that the women of our country have reached a colorful point in this sport that they have become professionals and have become amateurs.
* What are your plans for the year 1401?
I have a lot of plans for next year. We are facing the competitions of the Islamic countries and the Asian Games in Hangzhou, which, God willing, I will participate in one of these competitions if I have better conditions and I will try to have a good performance.

I watch the important footballs of Iran and the world because it is very exciting.
* Which team are you a fan of?
I have been a supporter of independence since I was a child. The Blues have achieved brilliant results this year and are at the top of the table with a difference of 6 points. I hope that this year, after years, they will give the championship cup to the fans.
