According to the sports reporter of Tasnim news agency, Persepolis and Esteghlal football teams will hold the 100th derby of the capital on Sunday next week within the framework of the 27th week of the Premier League. Considering the position of the two teams in the standings and the sensitivities of this game, the referee committee plans to use experienced referees who have made the least mistakes in the current season to judge the derby.
Bijan Heydari, Ashkan Sohri and Vahid Kazemi are among the referees who have more chances to whistle in the derby. Heydari refereed Esteghlal’s match with Aluminum Arak two weeks ago, but he still has the chance to be given the derby whistle. Sohri hasn’t judged for a few weeks and after Heydari, he will have a better chance to attend the derby.
Mohammad Hossein Zahedifard was the judge of the first match of these two teams.
