40,000 people entered the country’s conservatories

Seyyed Mostafa Azarkish on Saturday at the first conference and exhibition of education entrepreneurship in Alborz province, which was held at Allameh Amini Conservatory of Education in the third district of Karaj, said: We became students in technical and vocational colleges and vocational schools in the provinces.
He pointed out that the increase in the number of students shows that more families are interested in skill fields, noting that for skills training and entrepreneurship in society, we need to increase the number of vocational spaces, equipment and professional trainers, which is also needed by school-building charities. They emphasize the important and put it in the order of building educational spaces.
He stated: for the development of the conservatories, it is necessary to pay special attention to strengthening the conservatories in the budget law of 1401 and in the seventh development plan.
Azarkish said that there are 45,000 vocational classes in the country, adding that vocational schools are a clear beginning for the future of employment and the first step to produce domestic goods, reduce unemployment and skills training, so the development and equipment of these centers should be considered.
He stated that the number of classrooms in vocational schools is more than 45,000 and added: “Therefore, we need more support in quantitative and qualitative programs.”
He specified: there are more than 200 skill fields in 7,100 vocational schools in the country.
The Director General of Technical, Vocational Education and Knowledge Work of the Ministry of Education continued: According to the goals of the Sixth Development Plan Law, by the end of this five-year program, about 50% of high school students must study in technical, vocational and knowledge work schools.
He reminded: 200 billion tomans of credit has been allocated for equipping vocational schools in the past year from the sale of 2% of gas duties and the annual budget of the equipment.
Azarkish added: “Entrepreneurship is one of the characteristics of schools on the horizon of 1404, and education should work to increase technical and professional skills to prevent student unemployment.”
“Unfortunately, some families think that their children will be employed with a degree, and they usually prefer their children to sit at a desk, while lack of skills means their unemployment in the not-too-distant future,” he said.
The Director General of Technical, Vocational and Labor Education of the Ministry of Education emphasized: If job seekers have the necessary skills in the fields of services, industry or agriculture, they will definitely not only create jobs for themselves, but also as Entrepreneurs create jobs for others as well.
