According to Fars news agency, at the end of this competition, the Iranian team won gold medals by Amir Hossein Firozpour in 92 kg, Amirreza Masoumi in 125 kg, Abolfazl Babaloo in 97 kg, Ebrahim Elahi in 65 and Ali Mansouri in 86. Kilogram won the bronze medal.

Mohammad Bakhshi was fifth in the weight of 70 kg.

At Weight 65 kg After taking a break in the first round, Ibrahim Elahi defeated Alexander Ivanov from Russia in the second round with a score of 10-0. In the third round and in the quarter-final stage, he defeated Vladislav Kuika from Belarus with a score of 9-0 and made it to the semi-final stage. At this stage, he lost to Artur Badtiev from Russia with a score of 3-1 and went to the ranking match. In this match, he defeated Divulstan Tutunov from Russia with a score of 5-0 and won the bronze medal.

At Weight 70 kg In the first round, Mohammad Bakshi defeated Ceballos from Peru with a score of 10 to 0. In the next round, he passed Lee Dam from South Korea with a technical shot. In the third round and in the quarter-final stage, Bakhshi lost to Victor Rasadin from Tajikistan with a score of 6-0, and due to the presence of his opponent in the final match, Bakhshi went to the losers group. In this group, he defeated Papikian from Armenia with a score of 9-4 and went to the ranking meeting. Bakhshi lost to Kurban Shirayev from Russia with the result of 4-0 and stood in the fifth place.

At Weight 86 kg After taking a break in the first round, Ali Mansouri beat Chitadze from Belarus in the second round with a technical kick. In the third round and in the quarter-final stage, he lost to the Russian title-holder Artur Naifanov with a score of 11-0. Due to the presence of his opponent in the final match, he went to the losers group. In this group, Mansouri defeated Denis Maksimov from Russia with a score of 10-0 and went to the ranking meeting. In this match, he defeated Dimitri Zainuddinev from Russia with a score of 10:2 and won the bronze medal.

At Weight 92 kg After taking a break in the first round, Amirhossein Ferozepour won the second round with a score of 10-0 against Maxim Tolmachev from Russia and advanced to the semi-finals. At this stage, he overcame Alan Bagayev’s barrier, whom he had defeated in the Concorde Cup last month, with a score of 11-2, and made it to the finals. In this match, he defeated Nivargin Sergin from Russia with a result of 12:2 and won the gold medal.

At Weight 97 kg which is held periodically with the presence of 7 wrestlers, Abolfazl Babalu defeated Ivor Nimayev from Russia in the first fight with a score of 4:0 in Group B. In the next round, he defeated Jung Yong Yoo from South Korea with a score of 10 to 0 and made it to the semi-finals as the leader of the group. At this stage, Babalu defeated Orgilukh Dagadorj from Mongolia and went to the final match. In this match, he lost against Shamil Musayev, the silver medalist under 23 years of age from Russia, with the result of 6:3 and won the silver medal.

At Weight 125 kg After taking a break in the first round, Amirreza Masoumi defeated Narguibatar from Mongolia with a score of 10:0 in the second round and qualified for the semi-finals. Masoumi passed the barrier of Zalim Khan Khazarif from Russia with a score of 14:4 and qualified for the finals. In this match, he won against Anzor Khazarif, the champion of the European Games from Russia, with the result of 8:3 and won the gold medal.
