He added: The working group for the regulation of the country’s housing and real estate market, with the order to inspect and organize real estate consultants, has played an effective role in reducing housing prices and rents in Tehran province, the new cities of Pardis and Parand, as well as the provinces of Khorasan Razavi, Khuzestan and Fars, this issue of price reduction is evident.
The representative of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development in the Real Estate Market Regulation and Control Working Group stated: People need to refer to real estate companies that have a business license for security in their contracts.
Mehli added: In the National Housing and Real Estate System, the tracking code for renters has been made free of charge and has been welcomed by people all over the country, and if people do not register their properties in the system, they will be taxed on empty houses.
He continued: “The biggest violation in this trade is not having a business license, not including a price list, overselling to get a commission, using manual leases, and not getting a tracking code.”
The representative of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development in the real estate market regulation and control working group stated: In the three-day field trip in Bushehr and Ganaveh city with the presence of all the members of the real estate market regulation and control working group in Bushehr province, 76 real estate companies It was inspected at the level of this province, and 36 real estate companies were stamped as violators, high sellers and without business licenses.
Mehli said: until the housing market calms down and the real estate consultants are organized, the joint punitive patrols will continue with the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development as the focus.
