A new option instead of Nekonam/Kirosh’s old friend is about to return
According to the sports reporter of Fars news agency, after Javad Nekonam’s participation in the national football team of our country was rejected as Carlos Queiroz’s assistant, now the managers of the football federation have considered a new option as the coach of the Iranian national team in the 2022 World Cup.
Based on this, according to Ehsan Usoli’s announcement, Markar Aghajanian, the Iranian assistant of Queiroz, who was also in the national team’s technical staff during the first period of this coach’s presence, will most likely be added to the Portuguese coach’s assistants.
Aghajanian worked in Iran’s technical staff in the 2014 and 2018 World Cups and the 2007, 2015 and 2019 Asian Nations Cups.
