Considering these conditions, I think the national team needs some experienced and productive coaches along with the young coaches chosen by the head coach so that the staff in the Olympics is strong and experienced. Beside Hasan Yazdani and Kamran Ghasempour, who are world champions, the world champion should be placed to catch them. In the current staff that none of them have even a single medal, there is a need for at least wrestling champions and medalists and builders to be with the wrestlers. We do not lack people like this in wrestling, but the important thing is that they are in harmony with the federation and can work together morally.
