The head of the wrestling federation continued: Another issue is the planning of the technical staff for a successful participation in the upcoming competitions. . The secretary continued: I believe that if the technical work is going to go well, the head coach of the national team should first of all be on the job and be in front of the division like a commander. The work is completed with order and the head coach is the moderator of this work.
The head of the wrestling federation said: For example, the head coach should wake up earlier than everyone else and be present at the canteen for breakfast so that the wrestlers don’t allow themselves to be late at work. This issue should be extended in all directions, the first person who shows up in the training is the head coach so that the wrestlers also learn the order and on the other hand, everyone will be aware that the commander is the first person and is completely surrounded by everything. .
In another part of his speech, the secretary mentioned: Another issue is that the head coaches of the national teams must report their work to the federation, and for this, there must be a program. tiny and by taking the daily work report from the trainers and holding technical meetings, present all the issues and cases in writing so that I can be aware of the progress of all the work.

The head of the wrestling federation said: As the head of the federation, when the wrestlers have a problem, I have a duty to help them, and my spirit is to solve their problems. The head of the wrestling federation pointed out that the wrestlers should be mentally ready to participate in the matches and said: Be sure to talk to the wrestlers about relevant issues for 10 minutes before training and prepare their minds from all aspects. On the other hand, be sure to plan your training in advance and let everyone know which wrestler should train or review with which wrestler, and don’t make momentary decisions.
