According to Mehr reporter, Esteghlal Tehran football team could not attract a good foreign player this season due to its financial conditions. After the pursuits of Javad Nekonam, head coach Gustavo Blanco was introduced to the club for negotiations to be recruited for Esteghlal’s offensive line. He arrived in Tehran at the beginning of September after reaching an agreement with the Blue managers, but he was undecided for about a month until he finally joined Esteghlal on October 7.
The story that needs to be clarified is the contract amount of the Argentinian striker, the agreement between Blanco and Esteghlal club officials for this season is a salary of over 1 million dollars, and this player has traveled to Iran according to the initial agreements he had with the club. The Argentinian striker of Esteghlal had to wait a few days to sign a contract with Esteghlal in Tehran, and this led to speculations about the renegotiation of this player’s salary.
The remarkable thing is how a player in the forward position has come to Esteghlal with a 2-year contract in the amount of 350,000 dollars. In fact, this player will receive $175,000 from Esteghlal Club every season.
An issue that cannot be understood according to the conditions of existing contracts in football. Meanwhile, Kevin Yamaga, another foreign player of Esteghlal, has signed a 550,000 dollar contract with the Blues for the current season.
The next issue was the registration of this player’s contract in the league organization. Esteghlal Club, which could not register this player’s contract due to exceeding the contract ceiling, asked the players to reduce their contracts so that this player’s contract could be registered.
If the Blues wanted to sign their Argentinian striker’s contract with more than one million dollars, they would have to reduce their budget by more than 50 billion. Actually, by reducing the contract of 8 players and technical staff, it is not possible to provide the number that Blanco wanted.
The question is why the blues of the capital do not publish the contract of their Argentinian player. Has Blanco really come to Esteghlal with a contract of 350,000 dollars for two seasons?
