America is looking to activate the dormant cells of ISIS in Iraq and Syria

Tehran – IRNA – “Sayed Faris Al-Saeed”, a researcher of social and ethnic security issues in Syria, warned about the US’s attempt to push its dormant terrorist cells to create chaos and sabotage and to shut down government institutions in Iraq and Syria.
