According to the Fars news agency and quoted by the website of the Football Federation, the meeting of the board of directors of the country’s Futsal League was held in the office of the Secretary General of the Football Federation.
Arash Jaberi, head of the Futsal League organization, regarding today’s meeting of the board of directors of this organization with the general secretary of the federation, said: “This morning, we held a very useful meeting with the presence of all members and Hassan Kamranifar, and various decisions were made to hold the futsal leagues as well as possible.”
He continued: In the Premier League section, it was decided to hold the ninth week of Premier League matches on October 24 and 25, one week after the return of Iran’s national futsal team from the Asian Futsal Nations Cup hosted by Kuwait. The final week of the first half season of the competition will be followed on November 19 and 20. The transfer time of the half season of the Premier League starts from November 21 and will continue until the end of the office period on December 2. Also, the first week of the second round of the Premier League matches will start on the third and fourth of Azar.
Jaberi added: The country’s first division futsal league will start on the 26th of November, and the draw for this tournament will be held at 11 am on the 3rd of November. After examining all the aspects, the board of directors of Futsal League came to the conclusion that the use of drums as a permitted encouragement tool and other sound devices such as horns, trumpets, etc. will be prohibited in all futsal competitions in the country.
Referring to the approvals related to the presence of spectators in sports halls, he stated: Considering that six weeks have passed since the country’s premier futsal league matches and the many problems that have occurred due to the presence of more than 30% of spectators announced by the National Corona Headquarters, It was decided that the host clubs will be responsible for the presence of spectators in sports halls and the consequences of more than 30% attendance, and the disciplinary committee will consider the necessary disciplinary punishments based on reports and field investigations in case of non-compliance.
The head of the Futsal League organization continued: In two games of the fifth and sixth weeks of the Premier League, more than 30% of the visiting teams refused to participate in the match in order to protest the presence of spectators. No reason can interrupt the game even for a second. After the completion of the competition, the relevant report will be sent to the Secretary General of the Federation for consideration and referral to the Disciplinary Committee and the issuance of a corresponding decision.
Jaberi stated: In addition to the fact that the provincial football teams should take the necessary measures for the attendance of a maximum of 30% of the spectators in coordination with the police forces and the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of the province, the responsibility for the presence of more than the specified capacity of the spectators will be the responsibility of the host club. In the first stage, a financial penalty is considered, and in the next stage, points are deducted for the wrong teams.
