Can you explain a bit about the conditions of the camps?
After the national championship was held in December, we invited 9 talukars from the first to third places to the camp. The first camp was held on the 3rd of December for 2 weeks. After a short break, we started the second camp on the first of February.
How many camp stages will be held before the Asian Games?
We will have 14 camp stages. At the Asian Games, there are four packages of talus, which we did not invite to the camp due to the poor performance of taluks in the “taichi” form. Talukaran of other packages are in the army.
How do you select the members of the expedition?
Exercises and their performance in the camps are examined. I will also have three in-camp choices and we will carefully evaluate their conditions. In total, the men’s and women’s divisions of each country can send seven talukars to the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games, which, of course, we will not send. Everyone who performs well and reaches the items we have in mind, will go to the Asian Games.
In the previous period, the men’s section taluks were not sent. How much do you hope for your team for this period of the Asian Games?
The situation is very difficult in the Asian Games. Because a total of 2 forms are calculated and it is very difficult to win a medal among East Asian countries. Psychological sensitivity really makes things difficult. Also consider that it is the competitions in China that do not want to lose any medals.
As a person who has participated in several world and continental competitions and has won various medals, how do you see the conditions for men?
In the national championship, we had people who had just come from the youth age group to the adults, and their performance was promising. Our generation has changed from the past and we have motivated young people who can show themselves in the future. It is difficult in Hangzhou, but we try to get good results.
We had a foreign camp in previous years. Do you now have an international program for Talukaran?
If it is a foreign camp, it is very good because they have been away from the fields and camps for a long time because of the corona. After the Shanghai World Cup, Corona has been suspended for three years. We need a foreign army, but we know that the costs are very high, and if the committee and the ministry help, the international army will be very useful for our team.
How many people are in the army now?
We invited 9 people who “Amir Mohammad Rezaei” was injured in the ankle area and it is not clear if he will reach the selection. We also crossed out “Mehdi Khani” and “Fateh Heydarian” and there are 6 people left from whom we will send the best ones.
How much do you hope for the success of Taloo team?
These people are young and they can definitely perform well in the future. We want to perform well in Hangzhou, but you know how difficult it is to succeed in Taloo, especially in the Asian Games.
