Arkinbayev Cup Alish Wrestling 5 Iranian women became finalists

According to a Fars correspondent from Kyrgyzstan, the International Arkinbayev Cup is being hosted by Kyrgyzstan, and our national women’s wrestling team is participating in the tournament.

The results of the competition are as follows:

In the 55kg category, Sepideh Babaei defeated a Kyrgyz opponent in the first round by a technical blow and advanced to the semifinals. He went on to beat Kyrgyzstan 7-1 to advance to the final.

In the 60kg weight class, Fatemeh Fattahi competed in the first bout against Kazakhstan, who technically hit her opponent. In the second round, he defeated the Kyrgyz representative 3-2 and became a finalist.

In the weight of 65 kg, Mohadeseh Hosseini had a rest in the first round. In the second round, he competed against the representative of Kyrgyzstan and crossed the opponent’s barrier with a result of 8: 2 to become a finalist.

In the 70kg weight class, Reyhaneh Gilani, after a break, faced an opponent from Kyrgyzstan in the first bout, who crossed the barrier 8-1 to advance to the final.

In the 75 kg weight category, competitions are held periodically, with Maryam Ahmadi representing our country. In the first round, he faced the host representative who technically hit his opponent. Ahmadi went on to win 9-3 against the Ukrainian wrestler, but lost in the semifinals to the Kyrgyz representative.

In the 75+ kg weight category, Hanieh Ashouri also competes with opponents periodically. In the first bout, he competed against the Kyrgyz representative, winning 11-4. Ashuri was ahead in the second fight against an opponent from Ukraine, who won the representative of our country with an injury.
