Asgarian: The observer of the World Basketball Federation confirmed the Tehran hall

In an interview with IRNA on Wednesday night, Mahyar Asgarian added: “The Kazakh team arrived in Iran and held a training session today.” On the other hand, the Iranian national basketball team is fully prepared and motivated for tomorrow’s game, and I hope we will see a good match tomorrow with the superiority of our national team.

He continued: to hold this hosting properly, we formed a team in the federation, based on which we have taken all the necessary measures and we have no problem in this regard. The hall and the ground are ready and everything is ready for this meeting.

The head of the basketball federation, pointing out that the discussion of lighting and advertising was also done, emphasized: the game observer confirmed everything by attending the hall, and tomorrow, with a good host, we will record another victory in the name of Iranian basketball.

Asgarian reminded: We also performed the national team corona test 48 hours before the game, which fortunately all the tests were negative and the players can play in this match with parting of the wing. Of course, we do not have Hamed Haddadi because of his presence in China, and Behnam Yakhchali could not travel to Iran because of the positive corona test, but the players who were in Tehran and in the army are all ready to play tomorrow.

It is worth mentioning that our national basketball team will play against Kazakhstan in the second window of the 2023 World Cup qualifiers tomorrow, Thursday (March 26). This game will be held at 5:00 PM in the basketball hall of Azadi Sports Complex in Tehran.
