According to IRNA on Sunday, the final fights were held today in the Jordanian capital Amman following the Asian Junior and Youth Boxing Championships.
“Alireza Mousavi” competed against “Alibek” from Uzbekistan in the 66 kg youth final, and at the end of three rounds of effort, he could not win and finished his work by winning a silver medal.
Mousavi had previously beaten rivals from Jordan and Thailand.
Previously, “Nima Beigi”, “Seyed Ali Akbar Mirahmadi” and “Abolfasl Dana” won bronze medals.
With this, the Iranian youth teams that participated in this event with 13 boxers ended their work by winning a silver and three bronze medals.
“Reza Mehdipour” is in charge of Iran’s youth teams.
These battles will end tomorrow with the recognition of the top teams.
