Asian games Announcement of the schedule and opponents of our country’s calm waters national team

According to Fars News Agency, the calm water competitions of the Hangzhou Asian Games will be held from tomorrow, October 8 to 11, at the Fuyang Water Sports Center. With the meeting of the team leaders of these competitions, the competitors of our country’s representatives in the preliminary round were determined. The Iranian team led by Pedro Sena as the head coach, Mehsa Majalli, Reza Raisi and Iman Pouraziz as coaches and 16 athletes in the women’s and men’s, kayak and canoe divisions are present in this round of games.

Preliminary round competitions of Iranian rowers in Hangzhou calm water rowing competitions:

Saturday, October 8

Ali Aghamirzaei – men’s 1000m single kayak – competing with opponents from Tajikistan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Kazakhstan and Singapore (from 5:08)

Mohammad Nabi Rezaei – men’s 1000m single relay – competing with opponents from Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Chinese Taipei, Indonesia and India (from 5:20 p.m.)

Hediha Kazemi and Elnaz Shafiyan – women’s 500m double kayak – competition with teams from Thailand, Kazakhstan, Vietnam and Singapore (from 5:40 p.m.)

Sepehr Saatchi and Peyman Qovidel – men’s 500m double kayak – competition with teams from Singapore, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan and Macau (6 o’clock)

Sunday, October 9

Hiva Afzali – Women’s 200m individual relay – competition with opponents from Japan, Uzbekistan, China and Vietnam (5:05 am)

Hadih Kazemi – women’s 500m single kayak – competition with representatives of Vietnam, China, Singapore, Uzbekistan and Macao

Pouria Sharifi, Sepehr Saatchi, Ali Aghamirzaei and Peyman Qavidel – men’s four-man kayak 500 meters – competition with teams from Hong Kong, Uzbekistan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan

The Iranian team participates in all 12 events of these competitions, 7 events are held in the preliminary round, semi-final and final, and the rest are held only in the final.

The semi-final matches of each day will be held at noon on the same day.
