Azizi added: in order to recover and prevent physical pressure on athletes, as well as to create an opportunity for some medalists to participate in the Taekwondo Premier League, the holding of camps began with a delay of 2 months.
According to him, in addition to the national team invitation, the winners were invited to the national team camp during a notification to the provincial delegations.
He continued: The training camp of the national teams of deaf and dumb taekwondo men and women in the two sections of Kyurogi and Pumseh started on the 2nd of Bahman and will continue until the 12th of Bahman.
Azizi added that a total of 28 male and female taekwondo fighters are present in the camps: “The people invited to the camps, the nationals, have world medals and provincial titles.”
He continued: By the end of the year, three stages of the training camp will be held. The first camp is from the 2nd to the 12th of Bahman, the second stage is from the 18th of Bahman to the 2nd of Esfand, and finally the third camp is from the 10th of Esfand to the beginning of the Nowruz holiday.
Azizi stated: The last stage of preparation of the national men’s and women’s taekwondo team is after the New Year holiday and will continue until the national team is sent to Brazil, which is May 4th.
While appreciating the previous technical staff of the national teams in the Kyurogi and Pumseh men’s and women’s divisions, he said: “Although the results obtained in the World Championships were very good, we announced to the technical staff before the World Championships that changes may take place due to the higher level of the Olympics.” Created in the technical box.

“Unfortunately, as much as the sport of healthy people is seen and they receive salaries and bonuses, the deaf do not receive salaries and bonuses and are almost ignored,” he said.
Azizi said: “We want the government officials and managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the National Olympic Committee to inject more funds into the Federation of the Deaf, because this federation is an overnight ministry that has to manage more than 10 sports, so it needs more credit.”
“Sport and its prizes change the lives of the deaf, and everyone saw what remarkable results the deaf achieved in the Olympics in Bulgaria and Turkey,” he said.
The 24th Olympics for the Deaf will be held on May 11, 1401 in the city of Casillas de Sol, and the Iranian sports convoy will be sent to these competitions in eight disciplines.
Taekwondo fighters will participate in these competitions from May 4 to 7 and will face their opponents.
