Bank Sina’s share of 4,600 billion riyals from the housing deposit assistance facility

According to the financial news report, citing the public relations of Bank Sina, following the notification of the central bank’s circular to the country’s banking network and citing Article 4 of the Law on the Leaps of Housing Production and in line with supporting low-income tenants, the payment of housing deposit assistance was implemented in Bank Sina. .
According to this circular, Sina Bank’s share of the housing deposit assistance facility has been determined in the amount of 4,600 billion Rials, which will be paid to those who qualify.
The ceiling for housing deposit assistance in Tehran is 1 billion Rials, provincial centers 700 million Rials and other urban areas 400 million Rials, and the interest rate is 18% with a 5-year repayment.
Within 10 days of the implementation of this plan in Sina Bank, 125 facilities have been paid in the amount of 68 billion Rials.
