Basketball national team: We are not satisfied with our performance

According to IRNA, Sina Vahedi, a young player of our national team after the second match of the Iranian national team in the Tokyo Olympics against the United States, said: “It was an honor to play against this team because American players are among the best basketball players in the world.”

He added: “The result of this game was not good, so none of the players are satisfied with themselves.” I was not satisfied with myself and we have to try harder. The three-point shots of the American players were better than other days, maybe today was their day.

The Iranian national basketball team added: “We have to analyze this team before the game with France, in order to have a good performance.”

The Iranian national basketball team lost this morning (Wednesday) in its second match in the Olympics with a result of 66 to 120 against the United States.
