Bayern Munich’s escape from home defeat in the 90th minute

According to Tasnim news agency, at the beginning of the 17th week of the German Bundesliga, four games were played last night (Tuesday), the most important of which was Bayern Munich’s 1-1 draw against Cologne at the Allianz Arena.

In this game, Cologne surprised the Bavarians very early and scored a goal in the 4th minute by Elis Shaqiri. Bayern Munich tried everything to make up for the lost goal, until finally in the 90th minute Yashua Kimich opened the opponent’s goal and saved the leader of the standings from losing at home against the 11th team in the table.

With this result, Bayern Munich got 36 points and its security margin at the top of the table decreased to four points compared to last week due to the victory of the third-ranked Leipzig. Meanwhile, with the victory of Eintracht Frankfurt or Union Berlion (the third and fourth teams in the table, both of which have 30 points), the difference between the Bavarians and their closest pursuers will be reduced to three points.

In the other three games of the first night of the 17th week of the Bundesliga, the results were as follows:

Schalke 1 – Leipzig 6
Hoffenheim 2 – Stuttgart 2
Hertha Berlin zero – Wolfsburg 5
