Bechirovich becomes the technical director of the national basketball teams

According to IRNA, Mehmed Bechirovich He is from Slovenia and together with Iran’s national basketball team, as a head coach, he won the Asian Cup in 2013 and led the national team in the World Cup in 2014.

As the head coach of the Iranian national basketball team, Bechirovich won two championships in the Asia Cup in 2012 and 2014 (Asia Challenge). He won the runner-up title in the 2014 Incheon Asian Games with the national team.

Today, Bechirovich will hold final negotiations with Javad Davari, the head of the basketball federation, regarding the responsibility of the technical director of the senior national team as well as the technical director of the national teams of different age groups.

Before this, Sadeghzadeh worked as a technical director in the national team, but he resigned from his position after only a few months.
