According to Mehr news agency, Behrouz Atai, the head coach of Iran’s national volleyball team, started his career in the summer of 1400 by winning the men’s Asian tournament, and in the 2022 Volleyball League of Nations, the Iranian team advanced to the final stage under his guidance.

Following his presence on the bench, Iran’s national volleyball team finished 13th in the World Championship, 12th in the 2023 League of Nations, and won the runner-up position in the Asian Men’s Championship hosted by Urmia.

Iranian national volleyball team led by Atai in the Asian Games Hangzhou He won the gold medal and the championship position, and then went to Brazil to participate in the first selection group of the Paris Olympics.

Based on this, due to the participation of our country’s national volleyball team in the Olympic qualifying competition in Brazil and the remaining three matches against the teams of Italy, Brazil and Cuba, Alireza Tolo Kian as the head coach will lead the Iranian team until the end of this competition.

Iran’s national volleyball team will face Italy at 20:00 on Friday, October 14, in its fifth match, which is currently the leader of the first Olympic qualifying group.
