Biden: I have no plans to communicate with Putin/I am ready to talk to end the war in Ukraine

New York – IRNA – US President Joe Biden announced that he has no immediate plans to communicate with Vladimir Putin, but he is ready to talk to Putin if the Russian president wants to end the war in Ukraine and only after consulting NATO allies.
