According to the Tasnim news agency and quoted from Persepolis club’s official website, Alireza Biranvand was replaced in the 23rd minute after being injured in the national team’s friendly match against Bulgaria and was immediately monitored by the national team’s medical staff.
Dr. Alireza Haqit, the doctor of the Persepolis football team, said about the latest injury status of Biranvand: To determine the extent of Biranvand’s injury, he was sent for an MRI yesterday evening, and after sending the results, it was found that his left groin has a grade two strain, which is being treated. It takes two to three weeks.
He continued: “Today, an ultrasound and injection were done for him at the injury site, and we are trying to get Biranvand back to group training as soon as possible.”
