Complaint against Esteghlal accepted / Heavy conviction of Persepolis striker

According to Fars News Agency, the Football Federation Players’ Status Committee issued its opinions on several cases as follows:

* According to Ali Mohammadi’s complaint against Esteghlal Club of Tehran, this club was ordered to pay 350 million Rials for the original claim and 7 million and 630 thousand Rials for the court costs of the plaintiff.

* In the case of Vali Khorsandi’s complaint against Isa Al-Kathir (Persepolis club player), Al-Kathir with the certainty of the lawsuit to pay 5 billion and 40 million Rials for the principle of brokerage fee plus 84 million and 872 thousand Rials as legal damages to Vali Khorsandi Sentenced.

* Following Saman Farjam’s complaint against Bandar Abbas Municipality Club, this club was sentenced to pay 185 million Rials for the original claim and to pay 4 million Rials for the court costs.

* According to the complaint of Mohammad Ali Mardani from the Tabriz Municipality Club (Science and Literature), the defendant was sentenced to pay 17 million and 300 thousand Rials in court fees. It is also forbidden to submit and copy the original ballot without copying this ballot, and the decision of the players’ status committee will be implemented in the part that was not wrong, if it is certain.

* In the case of Mehdi Sadeghian’s complaint against Shahin Bandar Amiri Club, this club demanded the payment of 200 million Rials for the original and the amount of 4 million and 360 thousand Rials for the court costs for the plaintiff.

The decisions issued within 7 days from the date of notification to the Appeals Committee of the Football Federation can be appealed.
