According to the Mehr correspondent, Seyyed Mohammad Taqi Hosseini told reporters before noon on Sunday that chastity and hijab are obligatory according to the four evidences of the Qur’an, tradition, consensus and intellect, and are the necessities of religion, and whoever deviates from it has committed a forbidden act. He said: In verse 31 of Surah Noor, God has considered chastity as the duty of all believers, because according to the narration, a chaste believer is higher than the angels and his position is higher among the martyrs, but he is different about hijab and covering its limits for men and women. Is.
The Deputy of the Headquarters for Promoting the Good and Forbidding the Bad in Qom Province, pointing out that 26 agencies are in charge of promoting the culture of chastity and hijab at the community level, added: In Resolution 427, he instructed 26 agencies in the field of chastity and hijab to intervene in this issue and reduce the influence of the enemy.
He emphasized that according to the decree of the Ministry of Interior, he is in charge of supervising these affairs, which in the provinces is the responsibility of the General Department of Social and Cultural Affairs of the governorates, but continued: Appointed the custodian of chastity and hijab in the society, and also according to the same decree, the headquarters of the famous is in charge of supervising the proper execution.
Hosseini stated that during this period, good works such as the establishment of several camps (January 7, Sarollah and the People’s Camp of Chastity and Hijab) and other departments and executive agencies such as the Martyr Foundation, the Propaganda Organization, the General Directorate of Islamic Culture and Guidance, the municipality and… It has been done, he said: “One of the attractive and beautiful things is to use the wills of the martyrs in the form of banners in the city, which we hope will not end with the week of chastity and hijab and will continue throughout the year.”
He added: “The governorate’s women’s affairs have also had various programs this week in coordination with the executive bodies, and we hope that they will finally enjoy the governor’s full support.”
Hosseini considered mosques and schools as the most important effective bases in the field of promoting and explaining chastity and hijab and continued: in this regard, 2,000 women educators have been trained by the famous headquarters of the province. Hosseini pointed out that although the situation of women’s hijab in Qom is better than in other cities, women’s clothing in Qom is still worrying in recent years. Beit (as) is the cradle of the revolution, so the city of Qom is expected to be more prominent in Islamic clothing than other cities.
