Confirmation of the qualification of Kosar accident insurance manager

According to the monetary and financial news, quoting the public relations of Kowsar Insurance, in the letter of the 19th of January, 1400 Central Insurance addressed to Kowsar Insurance Company, which was signed by the General Manager of Insurance Institutions and Offices, states: “Mr. Behzad Shabanifar, the director of accident insurance for that company, is unimpeded by the Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
It should be noted that according to Articles 38 and 64 of the Law on the Establishment of Central Insurance of Iran and Insurance, the qualifications of key individuals and senior managers of insurance companies must be approved by the Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic in accordance with the regulations.
