According to an IRNA reporter, Seyyed Masoud Azimi On Tuesday, at the meeting of women entrepreneurs of Yazd province, affiliated to the Association of Industrial Managers, he added: If women entrepreneurs use modern technology in their business environment, it will increase the added value of the products produced by their units.
He continued: Issues and problems should be investigated and then consensus and practice should be done to solve them, and in order to have a market, you should move towards marketing and learn the necessary training.
In another part of his speech, the deputy coordinator of economic affairs of Yazd governorate, pointing out that Yazd-Ardakan plain is one of the prohibited areas for the construction of polluting industries, said: This path will move towards clean and less polluting industries, and issuing a new permit in this The area is prohibited for polluting industries, and female entrepreneurs should also be directed to technological and less polluting companies to develop their activities and build new units, and in this case, they will be seriously supported by the authorities.
Azimi pointed out that there are more than two thousand semi-finished industrial units in the province, and added: These units are examined and projects that have more than 60% progress are supported and given facilities.
He continued: The units that are half-completed and request for facilities can register in the Behinyab system so that their case will be dealt with in the shortest possible time and they will be supported if they are eligible.
Pointing out that women entrepreneurs should be up-to-date and learn modern science in their fields, the deputy of economic affairs coordination of Yazd governorate stated: Fortunately, capable women are active in Yazd province and Maryam Niktab, the CEO of Datis oil production unit in Yazd, is a woman entrepreneur. The best of the country was chosen, and two other ladies were also ranked among the best in the country, which is commendable.
Also, Ahmed Azad Mard, director of the Yazd Province Industry Managers’ Association, said in this meeting: “This is the second meeting that will be held with the presence of women entrepreneurs of the province and hosted by this production unit, and its purpose is to solve problems and bring together women and officials in order to solve these problems.” Yazdi women entrepreneurs are skilled and well-known in their field of work and many new ideas have been implemented in this field and have won many national ranks.
The CEO of an oil production unit also said in this meeting: This unit started operating with five personnel and I, who was a hospital supervisor, retired from my profession and started working in this profession with my wife.
Maryam Nik Teb added: Currently, more than 50 people directly and 150 people are indirectly employed in this production unit, and we request the necessary cooperation in the development plan of this unit, which has been undecided for more than a year and a half. Have.
He continued: This edible oil production unit has not used government currency so far and we have procured oil from the open market, and many national organizations and institutions buy from this unit due to the very good quality of this production unit. .
This entrepreneurial lady stated: Although we have a surplus of production, we are not allowed to export, and we have not received any currency for exports, and if this trend continues, we will have to bear more costs, so we request that a part of our production be exported so that we can to generate income and despite the fact that we have many requests from different countries due to the high quality of the products, we have not been given an export license.
Also, Hasan Darwish, the branch manager of Mellat Bank in Yazd province, said in this meeting: We trusted women wherever we were given responsibility, and they made us proud, and 70% of the credit heads of this bank in Yazd are women and they performed very well.
He continued: “Despite all the problems that exist in the field of production, some of our customers are women entrepreneurs who have fulfilled their obligations so far, and we request all bank customers to accept and trust us as consultants.”
Also, Zahra Hosseini, a woman entrepreneur in the field of gold, stated in this meeting: In Iran, for the first time, we were able to export 21 carat gold to Turkey, Yemen, and Arab countries, and although we endured a lot of hardship along the way, But now, according to the order we have from abroad, we have procured their goods in the shortest possible time and we have a very good relationship in this field.
Also, Marzieh Sohrabi, the manager of a tile company, said in this meeting: The authorities of the province, especially the governor of Yazd, have a lot of support for women entrepreneurs, and recently we have established workshops for the purpose of packaging in deprived areas of Yazd city, where 100 people from Women are busy and we will create employment for up to 400 people.
In this meeting, a number of other female entrepreneurs of Yazd province also raised requests such as receiving facilities, marketing and tax problems, and customs and export problems, and were answered by the officials present. Also, these women visited the edible oil production unit.
