According to Tasnim news agency, the national football teams of Qatar and Ecuador met at 19:30 tonight (Sunday – November 29) from Group A of the tournament in the opening match of the 2022 World Cup in Al Beit Stadium in Doha. The first half of this match was dominated by Ecuador ended 2-0.
Ener Valencia, the captain of the Ecuadorian national team, scored the first goal of the 2022 World Cup in the 16th minute from the penalty spot and then scored his second goal in the 31st minute.
