In a letter written by Rahim Mossadegh, a member of the board of directors, Markazi Bimeh confirmed Delfraz’s eligibility to be a member of the board, but Delfraz continued to attend. He announced his resignation as the board in the new composition.
However, some shareholders have insisted on his presence in the new composition.
