According to Mehr reporter, it was yesterday that Atta Vaziri, the head of Bushehr Iran Youth Club, claimed that the transfer window of Porto Club was closed due to the complaint of Iran Youth and receiving 100,000 euro training compensation from Mehdi Tarimi.
This news spread quickly in Portugal, but after a few hours, the country’s media denied it and narrated it in a different way.
Portugal’s “Record” newspaper, referring to the Iranian media’s news about Porto’s exclusion, wrote: “According to several knowledgeable sources, this amount was already paid by the Dragon and was even less than what was reported in Iran. “The Porto club was banned from registering players for just one day, and now the debt has already been paid.”
In the continuation of the record news, it is stated: “The same Iranian source added that this amount was precisely related to the joint cooperation mechanism, and Iranjowan Club filed a complaint against the Dragon “three years ago”; While Taremi was transferred to Porto only two years ago. FIFA has now given the right to the Iranian club and Porto had to pay its debt in order to recruit a new player again. This problem has now been fixed.”
Also, “Ojugo” newspaper claimed that the Porto club has already paid its debt and the club’s ban on transfers is not true. According to this newspaper, the said debt was paid a few weeks ago.
