Details of carrying and lighting the Paris Olympic torch

According to Fars News Agency, the torch of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games is scheduled to be lit on April 16 next year (April 28, 1403) in Olympia, Greece, and about a week later, it will go to France. According to Reuters, this torch will be lit according to a traditional ritual 101 days before the opening ceremony of the Olympics. During the Tokyo Olympics, due to the spread of Covid-19, this ceremony was held behind closed doors.
The committee for organizing the Paris Olympic Games announced the transfer of the torch to the Belem ship, and after that, the torch is supposed to cross the Mediterranean Sea and reach the port of Marseille on May 8 (May 19, 1403), which hosts football and sailing competitions.
A total of 10,000 people will carry the torch and the details of the route will be announced later this month. The torch is supposed to pass through 54 regions and districts in France and finally reach Paris on July 14 next year, when the torch will be lit at the Eiffel Tower.
