Enayati has not resigned/ CEO’s strange sarcasm to the protesting players

According to Fars news agency, while the news about the resignation of Reza Enayati from the leadership of the Naft team has been published, the CEO of the club denied this news.
Abuzar Shojaei, CEO of Naft Masjid Suleiman cultural and sports institute, said: Yesterday and even today, we had a meeting with Enayati, and there was no mention of resignation at all. I have also heard this news, but so far no resignation has been received by the club.
Regarding the reason for the strike of the players of this team, he said: Despite the financial problems, we are among the teams that have paid the players properly and by paying 15% of the players’ demands in the last three weeks, the players’ receipts have reached nearly 50%. He continued: Even the club is considering charging the team again due to the nearness of Nowruz Eid and increasing the amount received to the players to 60% before the end of the year.
The CEO of Naft Masjid Suleiman Club said: “The team is in a critical situation and the players, instead of giving their all to keep the team in the Premier League and while we have given them money, they are boycotting training and this is a heresy.” It is bad that it is taking shape in Iranian football and we will deal with this issue because some players do not have the right to attack the team in this situation.
He emphasized: The players should immediately return to training and focus on the upcoming game so that no more opportunities are wasted. In all the weeks when the team suffered heavy defeats, we tried our best not to blame the players, to help the team calmly, but they are not going to go on strike when they get paid, despite All the supports have failed to produce good results.
Shujaei said: Naft players are among the 10 teams that have high contracts and their incomes are at least better than 10 Premier League teams, but we can see that the team is at the bottom of the table and I emphasize again that instead of striking, we should think about a better situation. to have a team.
He continued: In Iranian football, if usually 60% of the players’ demands have been paid by the night of Eid, then the club has fulfilled its obligations and we will try to fulfill this issue. But a player who claims to be a professional and receives professional money must also behave professionally and instead of unusual behavior such as a strike, at least receive his demands through legal channels. Of course, not all players are like this, and some who have had this history in previous clubs have caused this strike. They will definitely be invited to the club’s disciplinary committee and must answer for their unprofessional behavior.
