Establishment of an insurance consortium for Iranian pilgrims and citizens traveling to Iraq

According to the monetary news report quoted by the General Directorate of Public Relations and International Affairs of the Central Insurance, in a joint meeting held at the Office of Border Affairs and Passive Defense of the Ministry of Interior with representatives from the Ministry of Interior, Central Insurance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Roads and Transportation Organization. A road transport was held to provide the necessary conditions to cover the pilgrims to the holy shrines of Aaliyat.
The establishment of an insurance consortium to insure Iranian pilgrims and citizens traveling to Iraq was another resolution of the meeting.
Therefore, according to the report, the insurance companies were obliged to station their representatives in the border terminals and remind the Iranian citizens of the obligation to purchase insurance policies before the trip through environmental advertisements.
