Esteghlal Club contract with web brokerages was terminated

According to Fars News Agency, Farshid Samiei, the legal assistant of Esteghlal Club, gave the following explanations in an interview with the club’s website:

He stated: “At the beginning of last week, we submitted a request for unilateral termination to the Steering, Supervision and Wisdom Committee of the Ministry of Sports and Youth due to non-fulfillment of obligations by companies. The committee informed the parties and last Wednesday at 17:30 for hearing.” Statements and review of documents were ordered, but the company refused to send the documents and at 17:23 (seven minutes before the start of the meeting) announced in a fax to the Ministry of Sports and Youth that the CEO of the companies are traveling abroad and They are not able to attend the meeting.

Esteghlal Legal Deputy added: The committee again set a time for Saturday, October 15 at 10:00 AM, this time both sides participated and in a meeting that lasted more than two hours, the parties presented their issues, which unfortunately did not lead to an understanding. And it was decided to issue a certificate and a ruling of the Steering Committee, Supervision and Wisdom of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The club’s address was notified that the license was terminated unilaterally. Therefore, the termination of the contract will be announced to Hayub from the beginning of today and today, and subsequently, a contract will be concluded with the new broker.

He stressed: “Unilateral termination of the contract means the withdrawal, pardon or cancellation of Esteghlal Iran Cultural and Sports Company from claiming its share of the previous cooperation agreement between Fimabin and Esteghlal reserves the right to refer to competent judicial authorities to demand the term of share.”
