Esteghlal’s penalty was overlooked by the referee/ Was Sapinto’s dismissal correct?

Heydar Soleimani in a conversation with a sports reporter of Fars News Agency; Regarding the refereeing of the match between Mes Kerman and Esteghlal, he said: In the 21st minute, one by one, Quaidy was declared offside, which was the right thing for the assistant referee.
Referring to the suspected penalty scene in the home team’s penalty area, he said: Mes Kerman’s defender deliberately opened his hand and touched the ball in the 40th minute. The referee should have announced a penalty in favor of Esteghlal, but he did not see this scene. Also, in the 41st minute, Gholami’s foul was announced and the referee gave him a yellow card. The referee’s diagnosis was correct, but I don’t know why Esteghlal started the game.
The refereeing expert clarified: In the second half and in the 78th minute, a scene similar to the 21st minute happened, when Qaidi was one-on-one. The first assistant referee’s diagnosis was correct in declaring offside.
He added: In the 86th minute, Mes Kerman’s No. 21 (Moin Abbasian) hit Yamaga in the face with the sole of his stock. In the law of the game, we call this field a severe foul whose penalty is dismissal, but the referee gave a penalty with a yellow card.
Regarding the fights at the end of the game, Soleimani said: The fight at the end of the game by both teams was completely disgusting. Both benches had significant activity in the conflict. We saw in the pictures that a person came from the copper bench and attacked Sapinto, who received a yellow card, but he should have been sent off. Continuing, Sapinto got into the fight and got the second yellow card. The referee’s decision in this scene was completely correct.
He added: Sapinto’s next actions were disgusting and provocative. A coach should not behave this way. This behavior has become popular in our league and the benches become marginal. These movements should be dealt with seriously. Like in England, we should move the benches to the stands and separate them from the spectators. If there is only one coach on the side of the field, these conflicts will not arise. The disciplinary committee should take a serious action so that we don’t see these scenes in the rest of the season. From now on, the games are supposed to be attended by spectators. These behaviors are an irritant for them and may cause conflicts outside the stadium.
