Examining Azadi Stadium standards with the presence of Esteghlal and Persepolis representatives


According to Fars news agency, a meeting was held at Azadi Stadium with the presence of the officials of the Football Federation and the representatives of Esteghlal and Persolis clubs.

This meeting was attended by Mustafa Zarei, Director of Club Licensing of the Football Federation, Mohammad Hossein Hamisi, Head of Security of the Football Federation, Ahmed Madadi, CEO and Deputy Directors of Azadi Sports Stadium, Maeda Jafari, Licensing Department Expert, Ali Afrozeh, Licensing Infrastructure Expert, Mohammad Mohammadi, Sports Vice President, and Amir Ali Hosseini is responsible for Persepolis club license, Naderi is responsible for license and Nasiri is an expert for Esteghlal club license.

In this meeting, the members discussed and reviewed the necessary standards for Azadi Stadium from the point of view of the regulations of the Asian Football Confederation and FIFA.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ahmed Madadi welcomed the members and said: This group is ready to provide them with any information needed for the issuance of licenses for Esteghlal and Persepolis clubs.

In the following, Mohammad Hossein Hamisi, while thanking the officials of Azadi Stadium, pointed out the compliance with the security rules of the stadiums and said: a comprehensive document to ensure the security of Azadi Stadium should be prepared and compiled. Zaree then explained the requirements for the infrastructure sector in issuing a club license.

The representatives of Esteghlal and Persepolis clubs also presented their views regarding the stadium’s problems and possible solutions.

In the end, it was decided that within two weeks, all the information needed for Azadi Stadium will be prepared and provided to the representatives of Esteghlal and Persepolis clubs.
