According to IRNA’s report on Sunday, the voting council of the National Anti-Doping Headquarters banned Khuzestan boxer Jaafar Naseri from all sports activities for 4 years due to his refusal to take samples.

During Iran Nado’s mission in the selection competition of the national boxing team in Zahedan city on 2nd June 1401, the doping control team called Jafar Naseri, who after being officially notified by the doping control officer to attend the sampling station, this boxer left the competition and He refuses to give a sample.

According to paragraph 2*3 of the second chapter of the set of rules of the National Anti-Doping Headquarters of Iran and the interpretation of this paragraph, if an athlete evades sample collection or is proven to have deliberately avoided taking a sample or receiving notification, his action is a violation of the anti-doping rules. is considered Failure to submit to sampling can be intentional or caused by the athlete’s negligence, while running away or refusing to participate in sampling is considered an intentional behavior.

Therefore, according to the powers of Iran’s National Anti-Doping Headquarters and according to the set of rules of this headquarters and the violation of “refusal to take samples” of this athlete, Iran Nado banned this boxer from July 21, 1401 to July 20, 1405.
