Executive bodies should be flexible in issuing knowledge-based licenses
According to the report of IRNA reporter, Javad Zawanat, on Wednesday, at the meeting of the support and facilitation camp for knowledge-based production and entrepreneur employment in South Khorasan, he added: We must have a special and specialized view in supporting knowledge-based companies so as not to miss various opportunities for the development and progress of the province.
He emphasized on the requirement of executive bodies and banks to pay special attention to knowledge-based companies in issuing licenses and receiving facilities and said: We should not allow entrepreneurial and elite people to be discouraged because these people are among the scientific and economic capacities of the province.
The governor of South Khorasan stated: The managers of the executive bodies should pay special attention to the implementation of the production jump law, and in this regard, we should follow up on the issues and problems with a positive and forward-looking view and technical discussions.
He stated: Solving the problems of entrepreneurial and elite people and knowledge-based companies is one of the duties of the officials of the executive bodies and it is necessary to follow the issues with a favorable and positive view.
Quwant said: The positive view regarding the special attention given to knowledge-based companies by the managers should also be transferred to the experts of the subcategory.
He stated that the houses of creativity and innovation should be formed within the framework of the instructions issued by the governor’s deputy economic affairs coordination center and said: the managers of the executive bodies should increase their leadership regarding the follow-up of the issues of knowledge-based companies.
The governor of South Khorasan stressed on avoiding parallel work in establishing creativity and innovation houses to prevent waste of costs and added: All executive bodies of the province should perform their various measures under the premise of supporting and facilitating knowledge-based production and employment of entrepreneurs in a centralized manner.
He said: Also, every executive body should appoint an expert or a unit to be in charge of the affairs of knowledge-based companies and entrepreneurial people so that these people do not have problems in pursuing their issues.
Zawant added: The construction of Birjand University’s growth shed for the establishment of knowledge-based companies will be funded from one percent of the province’s asset acquisition credits with the assistance of the Management and Planning Organization.
In this meeting, seven trustees of knowledge-based companies raised their various issues and problems, and by the order of the governor of South Khorasan, it was decided that the issues of these companies should be discussed separately, centered on the deputy of the coordination of economic affairs of the governorate of South Khorasan, and with the presence of the trustees in a specialized meeting. be placed and provide the necessary solutions.
