According to Fars news agency, Hassan Kamrani Far said about the process of holding elections and the issue of candidates’ qualifications: based on the existing process and following the legal process of holding elections, no letter has been sent to the Football Federation stating that no candidate has qualified.

The Secretary General of the Football Federation added: Finally, the preliminary election committee will be the authority for announcing and introducing people until the assembly is held, and the Football Federation will hold the elections according to the existing statutes and regulations in accordance with FIFA and AFC standards.
