According to the Mehr news agency and quoting the website of the Football Federation, the 12th Yar carpet table with dimensions of one meter by 80 centimeters was presented to Mirshad Majedi, the head of the Football Federation, in the presence of the designer weaver and other executors.
This carpet, which is 80% woven from silk with the logos of football confederations of different continents, as well as the FIFA, AFC and Qatar World Cup emblems, designed by Fereydoun Naghilou, graphic design by Zein al-Abedin Danesh and supported by the Sports and Youth Administration of West Azerbaijan Province in Dizaj. The city of Khoy was woven and donated to the Football Federation.
Fereydoun Naghilou had previously woven carpets and donated them to the Football Federation on the eve of the 2018 World Cup in Russia and the 2019 UAE Nations Cup.
