He mentioned the share of 1,275 billion tomans of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts from Note 18 and added: The Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts was the only ministry that succeeded in allocating 83% of the facility provided in Note 18, and 50% was allocated to other ministries. has found.
The Director General of the Office of Facilities and Entrepreneurship of MOUs, referring to the signing of the MOU with the operating banks and the launch of a dedicated system in the ministry, said: for the year 1401, the provinces should introduce the desired banks, and based on the request of the provinces, the MOU will be signed with the operating banks. Also, a system has been launched that we are trying to solve problems and make it known for the use of the target community.
Saying that a plan for 1401 has been compiled, Nedai added: 2200 billion Tomans are considered for each province and meetings with the governors will also be held. Also, each province should consider three times the credit of the previous year for the project and announce the desired banks within the next 15 days.
He also emphasized on the necessity of obtaining a bond and reviewing the plans and announced his readiness to pay the facilities for the restoration of the historical building and change of use.
Provision of 10% credits as technical credit assistance to the provinces, formation of companies and cooperatives for large projects over 60 billion Tomans and payment of facilities to legal persons instead of natural persons, 2% reduction of interest rate especially for rural projects, signing a memorandum with the Ministry of Labor. Welfare and social security and the allocation of rural and nomadic credits, attracting credits from the National Development Fund, strengthening the system and justifying the target community were other things that the Director General of the Office of Facilities and Entrepreneurship mentioned.
In the end, the Director General of the Facilities and Entrepreneurship Office expressed his hope that with the quintuple of Note 18 facilities as well as the 2,000 billion Tomans credits of the National Development Fund and technical credits, 40% of half-finished projects will be completed by the end of next year and high job creation will be done in the field of tourism and handicrafts. .
