Mehdi Biranvand said in an interview with IRNA on Saturday: The international karate competition of the Moscow Grand Prix will be held today and tomorrow with the participation of 600 karatekas from 16 countries.
He continued: 25 karatekas from Iran had registered to participate in this competition, among which Amir Mehdizadeh, Morteza Nemati and Mahmoud Nemati, 3 karatekas of Qom will go to the tatami under the guidance of Qom karate coach Alireza Katiraei.
He said: This competition is in the adult age category and according to the schedule, the representatives of Qom province will go on the tatami this evening.
The head of the Qom karate board added: Amir Mahdizadeh and Morteza Nemati of Qom karate 2 will face their opponents in the negative 67 kg category and Mahmoud Nemati in the positive 84 kg category.
