Guterres: I welcome Assad’s decision to reopen two other Syrian border crossings

New York – IRNA – UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres announced that he welcomes the decision of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to open two more border crossings to help the earthquake victims of this country.
