Harakat Student Festival was held in Mashhad
The secretary of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad’s student scientific associations told IRNA: “One part of this festival is the unveiling of student scientific achievements and showing the activities of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad students for the past year, and on the other hand we see the presence of various industrial companies and organizations.” While introducing the activities, they share the challenges and needs they need with the academics.

He pointed to the activities of scientific and student associations during the corona and said: with the formation of the corona pandemic, many student organizations were reduced due to health guidelines and social distance, but the activity of the scientific association increased due to adaptability and students of Ferdowsi University in Mashhad In addition to their education, they tried to meet the needs of society and industry in this field.
He said: The final ceremony of Harakat Festival will be held on Thursday with the presence of some national and provincial officials, and in this ceremony, the winners of scientific associations in various fields such as entrepreneurship, invention and innovation, works and student scientific activities will be honored.
Ferdowsi University of Mashhad complex with 13 faculties, seven research institutes, 13 dormitories, central library, office buildings, facilities and sports grounds and green space is located in an area of 300 hectares in the southwest of Mashhad.
This university, which was founded in 1328, is the third oldest university in Iran after Tehran and Tabriz universities. Currently in the faculties of literature and humanities, theology and Islamic studies, science, engineering, agriculture, mathematics, administrative and economic sciences, veterinary medicine, educational sciences and psychology, natural resources, sports science, architecture and urban planning, law and political science The university has 25,000 students, of whom more than 4,000 are studying for a doctorate, 8,000 for a master’s degree and the rest for a bachelor’s degree.
